Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept electronic fund transfer (EFT), credit card, and Interac e-Transfer.

Cash, cheque, debit and credit cards are also accepted in-office.

How do I pay online?

How do I pay by e-Transfer?

Please address payments to and add one of the following to the message/notes section of the transfer:

• the invoice number, or
• your name or company name

What information do I need to log in to the payment portal?

Using an account

If you are an existing client with an account, simply login in with your email address under the Login using email section. Our portal will then send you an email and you can either:

• click the link in the email
• enter the numeric code from the email

*If your email address is not currently setup in our system and you would like for it to be, please contact our Accounts Receivable department HERE.

Using an invoice

Just enter your Invoice number and Amount under the Enter invoice details section.

What information can I view from my account's dashboard?

From your dashboard, you can view:

• current invoices
• payment receipts
• existing payment plans
• all accounts for any related companies

What information do I need to complete an online payment from the portal?

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

For an EFT you will need the following:

• Account Name (account holder such as your name or company name)
• Institution Number (3 digits)
• Transit Number (5 digits)
• Account Number

Credit Card

For a credit card you will need the following:

• Card Holder Name
• Card Number
• Card Verification Value (CVV)
• Card Expiration Date

Can I save my payment information so I don't have to re-enter it?

Yes. Check the box beside securely save this bank account/card for future use and it will be saved to your account.

Can I pay in-person?

You most certainly can. A list of all our office locations and their contact information can be found HERE.
