We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Accountant to join our team in Lethbridge.

Today, more than 150 team members serve six communities, including Invermere, BC, and we are ready to welcome our next Junior Accountant in Lethbridge.

Start Dates January or September 2027

As a Junior Accountant at Avail CPA, you will

• Work one-on-one with a dedicated coach who will mentor you through your professional growth
• Gain hands-on experience preparing and filing T1 personal, T2 corporate, and other client tax returns across diverse industries
• Assist with compilation and review engagements for a wide range of businesses and not-for-profit organizations
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver quality service and strengthen relationships
• Participate in firm training, networking events, and professional development sessions to support your career growth

What We're Looking For

• Recently completed (or will soon complete) a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
• Eligible to enter the CPA PEP and committed to earning your designation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent client service
