Today, more than 150 team members serve six communities, including Invermere, BC, and we are ready to welcome our next Junior Accountant in Lethbridge.
As a Junior Accountant at Avail CPA, you will
- Work one-on-one with a dedicated coach who will mentor you through your professional growth
- Gain hands-on experience preparing and filing T1 personal, T2 corporate, and other client tax returns across diverse industries
- Assist with compilation and review engagements for a wide range of businesses and not-for-profit organizations
- Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver quality service and strengthen relationships
- Participate in firm training, networking events, and professional development sessions to support your career growth
What We're Looking For
- Recently completed (or will soon complete) a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
- Eligible to enter the CPA PEP and committed to earning your designation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent client service
