Avail CPA is a unique and innovative accounting firm pursuing excellence in a fun environment. We truly care about our clients, our people, and our communities. We are seeking an individual to join our Invermere team in a Full Time Receptionist position.

Responsibilities would include:

• Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meeting rooms
• Operating office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
• Preparation of final year end package for clients
• Efiling of tax returns and other filings
• Scanning of documents and records
• Electronic filing
• General administrative functions

Competencies required:

• Demonstrate strong, positive relationships with fellow Team Members and clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel

Salary Range $40,000 To $58,000 Annually
