We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Invermere.

What You Will Do

  • Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Operating office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Preparation of final year end package for clients
  • Efiling of tax returns and other filings
  • Scanning of documents and records
  • Electronic filing
  • General administrative functions

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrate strong, positive relationships with fellow Team Members and clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel

Salary Range $38,000 to $48,000 Annually
