We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Reception and switchboard
  • General administrative functions
  • Scanning of documents and records
  • Electronic filing
  • Compiling of client packages (both paper and electronically)
  • Efiling returns with CRA

Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
