Responsibilities would include: 

  • Reception and switchboard
  • General administrative functions
  • Scanning of documents and records
  • Electronic filing

Competencies required:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
