We are seeking motivated Accounting Co-op Students and New Grads to join our teams in Lethbridge and Taber.

Accounting Co-op

This is a 4-month co-op term, with a start date of January 2027. Positions are available in both Lethbridge and Taber offices.

As Part of Your Co-op Experience at Avail, You Will

• Work one-on-one with a dedicated coach who will support your development throughout your term
• Build skills by assisting with compilation and review engagements for a variety of businesses and not-for-profit organizations
• Gain experience preparing T1 personal, T2 corporate, and a variety of other tax returns
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver quality service and strengthen relationships
• Take part in training and have access to resources that support your studies and CPA path
