Step 1
From the email you received from HubSpot, click on the blue View in HubSpot button.
• If you aren't currently logged in to HubSpot, this button will take you to the HubSpot login page.
Step 2
From within HubSpot, click on the orange Connect account button.
• If you are not seeing the same User account screen as the one attached to this step due to login issues or having to reset your password, go back to Step 1 after you have correctly logged in and click on the View in HubSpot button from the HubSpot email.
Step 3
From within HubSpot in the Link a Microsoft Teams account box, enter your Avail CPA email address (firstname.lastname@availcpa.com) under Microsoft Teams account and then click on the orange Update linked account button.
Step 4
HubSpot will now send you a verification message in Microsoft Teams.
Step 5
From within Microsoft Teams, open the message you received from HubSpot and click on the Verify button.
Step 6
HubSpot will send you a confirmation message in Microsoft Teams that the integration is now complete.
