We're Hiring - Administrative Assistant

Avail CPA is a unique and innovative team pursuing excellence in a fun environment.  We truly care about our clients, our people, and our communities. We are seeking an individual to join our Fort Macleod team in a Full Time Administrative Assistant position.

Responsibilities would include: 

  • Reception and switchboard
  • General administrative functions
  • Scanning of documents and records
  • Electronic filing

Competencies required:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
