Live Happily: Study Shows Financial Planning Improves Emotional Well-Being

Wealth Planning

Canadians who plan properly are more in control and less stressed about their financial futures.

This finding was quantified in a three-year longitudinal study conducted on behalf of the Financial Planning Standards Council that involved almost 15,000 Canadians from across the country.* The study clearly indicated that Canadians who engage in comprehensive financial planning report significantly higher levels of financial and emotional well-being than those who do no planning or only limited planning.

In my experience clients who plan are in far better position to do the things in life that are important to them like leaving a legacy for their children, purchasing a vacation property, or travelling after they retire.

As a Certified Financial Planner®, it is my goal to understand a client’s whole financial picture and provide clarity on how each financial area in the client’s life may impact the others and confidently guide them to financial health.

It is never too early to start planning. The number one regret I often here clients mention is that they did not start the process sooner. At Avail CPA we recognize our clients are looking for one trusted point of contact to provide complete integrated planning services, and we are confident that our new division, Avail Wealth Planning, will provided the trusted advice and experience our clients have come to expect.

Call or email today to set up an appointment and get started on your lowering your stress and gaining control for your future.
